Final Sale on Food Products

For health and safety reasons, all food items sold by Premium Quality Choice are final sale once opened and cannot be returned. We do not accept returns of opened, used, or partially consumed products.

Eligible Returns (Unopened Items Only)

We accept returns of unopened and unused dried fruits and nuts within 14 calendar days of delivery, provided that:

• The product is in its original sealed packaging
• The seal is unbroken and intact
• The item is in resalable condition
• You provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
• Items that do not meet these conditions are not eligible for a refund.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We currently ship within Canada only.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location and carrier service:

• Metro Vancouver / Lower Mainland: 1–3 business days
• British Columbia (outside the Lower Mainland): 2–5 business days
• Rest of Canada: 3–7 business days

Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, destination, and carrier rates.

Free Shipping on Canadian orders over $99 (before tax).

The free shipping threshold is calculated before taxes and after discounts.

Any shipping promotions will be clearly displayed at checkout.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become available in the carrier's tracking system.

Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues
