Thank you for shopping with Premium Quality Choice. Your satisfaction matters to us. Because we sell food products (dry fruits and nuts), returns are subject to strict safety and quality standards. Please review this policy carefully before requesting a return or refund.
Final Sale on Food Products
For health and safety reasons, all food items sold by Premium Quality Choice are final sale once opened and cannot be returned. We do not accept returns of opened, used, or partially consumed products.
Eligible Returns (Unopened Items Only)
We accept returns of unopened and unused dry fruits and nuts within 14 days of delivery, provided that:
- The product is in its original sealed packaging
- The seal is unbroken and intact
- The item is in resalable condition
- You provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Items that do not meet these conditions are not eligible for a refund.
How to Request a Return
To request a return, please contact Premium Quality Choice within 14 days of delivery:

Please include your order number, reason for return, and photos if the item is damaged or incorrect.
If approved, we will provide return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact Premium Quality Choice within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos.
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Opened or used food products
- Items without original packaging or seal
- Items returned after 14 days
- Products damaged due to improper storage or handling
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before shipment only.
Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
