Shipping FAQ

How long does it take to process my order?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order is dispatched.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times depend on your location:

  • Metro Vancouver / Lower Mainland: 1–3 business days
  • British Columbia (outside Lower Mainland): 2–5 business days
  • Rest of Canada: 3–7 business days

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping on all Canadian orders over $99 (before tax). Discounts are applied before calculating the free shipping threshold.

How are shipping costs calculated?

Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on order weight, destination, and carrier rates.

Do you ship outside Canada?

Currently, we only ship within Canada. International shipping is not available at this time.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Please double-check your address before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Re-shipping fees may apply if the package is returned.

What should I do if my order is damaged or missing?

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos (if damaged). We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue quickly.

Do you ship to P.O. boxes?

No, we currently do not ship to P.O. boxes.

How are your products packaged for shipping?

All products are carefully packed to maintain freshness and quality during transit. For best results, store your items in a cool, dry place after delivery.

Refund & Return FAQ

Can I return food products?

Due to health and safety reasons, all food items are final sale once opened. We do not accept returns of opened, used, or partially consumed products.

Can I return unopened items?

Yes, we accept returns of unopened and unused items within 14 days of delivery, provided that:
• The product is in its original sealed packaging
• The seal is unbroken and intact
• The item is in resalable condition
• Proof of purchase is provided (order number or receipt)

Who pays for return shipping?

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged, defective, or incorrect item).

How long does it take to receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Are shipping fees refundable?w

Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?w

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

What items are not eligible for return?

The following items are not eligible:
• Opened or used food products
• Items without original packaging or seal
• Items returned after 14 days
• Products damaged due to improper storage or handling

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled before shipment only. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
