At Premium Quality Choice, we’re committed to getting your order to you quickly, safely, and in perfect condition. Below is everything you need to know about how we ship your nuts and dried fruits across Canada.

Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is confirmed.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, including tracking details.

During peak periods or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Areas
We currently ship within Canada only.

Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times vary by location and carrier:

  • Metro Vancouver / Lower Mainland: 1–3 business days
  • British Columbia (outside Lower Mainland): 2–5 business days
  • Rest of Canada: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or remote locations.

Shipping Rates & Free Shipping
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, delivery location, and carrier rates.

Free Shipping on all Canadian orders over $99 (before tax).
The free shipping threshold is calculated before taxes and after discounts.

Any shipping promotions will be clearly shown at checkout.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.
Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to appear in the carrier’s system.

Incorrect Address / Delivery Issues
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

If a package is returned to us due to an address issue, re-shipping fees may apply.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is delayed or missing:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include your order number and photos (if damaged)

We’ll assist you and work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Packaging & Product Care
Our products are packed carefully to protect freshness and quality during transit.
For best results, store in a cool, dry place after delivery.

Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to P.O. boxes at this time.
We currently do not offer international shipping.
